2. I do not work with customers younger than 18.
3. In order to commission NSFW art, you need to provide a clear photo of your ID card. Without it, I will not accept your order.
4. Additional payment for NSFW commissions: original price of chosen commission type +10 USD for NSFW additions.
5. I may require an additional fee of 5 to 10 USD if your character is of an unusual breed or has a difficult design.
6. I reserve the right to deny a commission without providing a specific reason.
7. I don't do holds.
8. I will not tolerate commenting on my prices.
9. Please be respectful. I work slowly but scrupulously. I put all of my heart into every commission. I have my own problems, (diagnosed disorder from my psychiatrist, I go on therapy) so please be understanding and patient. I'm not a machine.
10. Don't spam me with messages. When messaging me, keep your messages strictly related to the commission.
11. Don't ask for WIPs every day. I have a trello account. If I have any updates, I will make sure to send them to you. It's best to ask for WIPs no more than once every two weeks. If there is a long queue and you ordered recently, be patient and wait for your order to be started.
12. If you see anything wrong with your commission or communication (though I try my best to reply quickly), please let me know immediately. Not letting me know you're not satisfied with my work and instead gossiping about it somewhere else is disrespectful towards me and may result in being blacklisted.
13. Don't make promises to order something if you're unsure you will actually be able to place an order. If you can't afford my services, simply say so.
14. In case of an auction: if you place a bid and then back out, you will be blacklisted.
15. Don't ghost me. If you do, I may decline your order.
16. I don't work with stolen character designs.Payment:
1. I only accept PayPal (or BLIK for polish customers). Once the payment is sent, you must provide payment proof + ($2) tax.
2. Payments are to be made before I start working on your order. In case of a bigger order, short payment plans are available. Keep in mind that I'm in charge of determining the amount of instalments and not paying in full may result in being blacklisted.
3. TAT (turnaround time) may range from one month up to 6 months. May take longer if something happen (I will let you know about it).
4. First five changes in your commission are free. In case of more than five changes, you will be asked to pay extra, depending on difficulty.
5. I do refunds, unless your order is fully finished. In such case, I will not do a refund.
6. If I find out that you're gossiping about my work behind my back, I will not hesitate to make a beware and put you on my blacklist.
7. If the customer is known to be problematic, I reserve the right to decline their order.
8. I do basefills (P2U and F2U) if the creator of the base allows it.DOs:
